[Returns and exchanges]
We do not accept returns, color/size exchanges, cancellations, etc. due to customer convenience. Cancellations after an order has been confirmed will not be accepted except in the case of defective products or incorrect delivery.
If the product is defective and we do not have any replacement stock, we will refund the purchase price.
We cannot accept returns of products that have been received more than one week ago or that have been used.

If you are absent for an extended period of time and are unable to receive your package, we will return it to our office and arrange for it to be reshipped.

No returns :
Partial return of set item
Repaired and washed, damaged or dirty items

7 days have passed since the product arrived, the tag or accessories are missing, or the description is incomplete
