Purchase Process

  1. Add item to cart
    Just tap on the available products, select the product you want, and tap "Add to Cart"!

  2. Check Cart
    Check your order details using the cart icon in the top right of the screen, and if there are no problems, tap "Proceed to checkout."

  3. Enter your information
    Please enter your name, address, contact information, etc. If you already have an account, you can log in to skip the process.

  4. Choose a payment method
    You can choose your preferred payment method, such as credit card, smartphone payment, convenience store payment, or deferred payment.

  5. Place your order
    Check the details you entered and the items you ordered, then tap "Confirm Order"! A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address.

Q: Is there a shipping charge?
A: Shipping costs are 600 yen nationwide!
If the product is currently available, shipping will be free!

Q: Where can I check my order history?
A: After logging in, you can check your order history on your My Page.

Q: When will my item arrive?
A: The expected shipping date and arrival time vary depending on the product. For details, please see the "Estimated Shipping Date" on each product page.

Q: I would like to specify a delivery company...
A: We are sorry, but we will send your order by either Sagawa Express, Yamato Transport, or non-standard-sized mail. Please note that you cannot choose which method to use.

Q: I would like to track my delivery.
A: A tracking number will be included in the email we send you when the product is shipped. Please note that non-standard mail cannot be tracked.

Q: Can I specify a delivery date and time?
A: You can specify the date and time of delivery of your package using the tracking number in the shipping notification email (not available for non-standard mail).

Q: I want to change my shipping address!
A: You can change it from My Page before shipping. It is difficult to change it after shipping, so please contact the shipping company directly.

Q: I would like to temporarily hold the shipment.
A: If you contact us through the inquiry form, we will assist you.


3. Returns and Exchanges

Q: Can I return the product?
A: In principle, we do not accept returns or cancellations due to customer convenience. However, apparel products are eligible for the "Apparel Product Return Service." For more information, please click here .


4. Payment Methods

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

Q: I want to change my payment method midway!
A: Unfortunately, we cannot change your payment method after your order has been completed.

Q: Do I have to enter my credit card details every time?
A: If you register as a member, you can save your card information so you won't have to enter it again next time!

A: If you register as a member, your address will be automatically entered next time, making the process very smooth.


5. What if something goes wrong?
