Purchase Process

Q: Is there a shipping charge?
A: Shipping costs are 600 yen nationwide!

Q: Where can I check my order history?

Q: When will my item arrive?
A: The estimated shipping date and arrival time varies depending on the product. For details, please see the "Estimated Shipping Date" on each product page.
Q: I would like to specify a delivery company...
A: We are sorry, but we will send your order via either Sagawa Express or Yamato Transport. Please note that you cannot choose which carrier to use.
Q: I would like to track my delivery.
A: A tracking number will be included in the email we send you when your item is shipped. Please note that non-standard mail cannot be tracked.
Q: Can I specify a delivery date and time?
A: You can specify the date and time of delivery of your package using the tracking number in the shipping notification email (not available for non-standard mail).
Q: I want to change my shipping address!
A: You can change it from My Page before shipping. However, it is difficult to change it after shipping, so please contact the shipping company directly.

Q: Can I return the product?

5. What if something goes wrong?
