Return Service
Our store puts customer satisfaction first, so we accept returns and exchanges for apparel products only within 7 days of receiving the product .
(Please note that products other than apparel cannot be returned or exchanged, and if they are sent to you by mistake, they will be returned to you cash on delivery .)
1. Conditions for return
Returns will be accepted only if the following conditions are met:
- Within 7 days of receiving the product
- The product must be unused and unopened (you can try it on)
- Product tags and labels must be attached
- All product boxes and accessories are included
- Packed in the original packaging
- The return contact form or a form with all the necessary information for the return (order number, name, product name, etc.) must be included.
2. When returns and exchanges are not possible
We cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
- Products other than apparel (if you send them, they will be returned to you cash on delivery)
- Products that have been delivered more than 7 days ago
- Products marked as non-returnable
- Products with missing tags/labels
- Returning only part of a set
- Items with missing accessories
- Products that have been altered, washed, or cleaned
- Products that have odors, scratches, dirt, or damage
- Products that have been tried on directly against the skin (socks, swimwear, underwear, etc.)
- Products that have been used for purposes other than trying on
- If there are any omissions on the return notification slip or return requirements
3. Return Policy
Return procedures to be performed by the customer

- Create a return slip (or fill in the necessary information for returns)
- Packaging for returned items
- Shipped to your specified address

Return shipping fees
- In case of customer's convenience : Prepaid (shipping costs are borne by the customer)
- In case of defective products or incorrect shipments : Cash on delivery (return shipping costs will be borne by us, please contact us for details)
If a return that is eligible for prepayment is sent cash on delivery
- We will deduct our company's payment handling fee from your refund.
- If the amount of the eligible product is 1,000 yen or less, the refund amount will be 0 yen .

Refund process after shipment
- The returned item arrives at our company
- Check the contents during inspection
- Refund or exchange will be processed.
4. Refunds
The refund process for various payment methods is as follows:

Credit card payments (including Shopify Payments)
- Once we receive the returned item, we will refund the amount to your card.
- It may take up to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected.

Electronic payments (Google Pay, Apple Pay, PayPay, Rakuten Pay, au PAY, etc.)
- Refunds will be made in accordance with the regulations of each payment service.
- The time it takes for your funds to be reflected will vary depending on the payment method you use.

- Once we have received the returned item, we will process the refund with Paidy.
- If you have already paid, Paidy will refund your payment.

- Once we receive the returned product, we will transfer the funds to your specified bank account.
Refunds when using coupons
Regarding returns of products for which a coupon has been used, the response and whether or not the coupon can be reissued will vary depending on whether the return was due to an error on our part or due to your own circumstances .

Defects on our part (defective products, incorrect delivery, missing items, etc.)
We will refund the full product price and reissue any coupons you have used under the same conditions.

Customer reasons (wrong size, different image, etc.)
We will refund the amount you actually paid. Except for some coupons, we do not reissue coupons.

5. In case of defective products or incorrect delivery
If the product is faulty or the wrong product is delivered, the following will happen:
- Products cannot be returned or exchanged after 7 days from delivery.
- Return shipping costs will be borne by us (please return by cash on delivery)
