Refunds when using coupons

This page explains the rules regarding the return of products purchased using coupons .

1. In the case of a defect on our part (defective product, incorrect delivery, missing item, etc.)

  • Refund of product price

    Depending on your payment method, we will refund the full amount of the product.

  • Reissue coupon

    Coupons that were applied to products will be reissued with the same discount conditions .

    Example: "5,000 yen off for purchases of 10,000 yen or more" → After refund, the coupon with the same conditions will be re-applied

  • Return shipping fee

    In the event of a defect, we will accept returns on a cash-on-delivery basis .

2. In the case of customer reasons (wrong size, different image, etc.)

  • Refund of product price

    Depending on your payment method, we will refund the amount you actually paid .

  • Reissue coupon

    As a general rule, we do not reissue coupons, except for some coupons.

  • Return shipping fee

     If you wish to return the product for reasons of your own, please return it **prepaid (shipping costs paid by the customer)**.

3. Specific examples of returning only some items

Coupon conditions: "5,000 yen off for purchases of 10,000 yen or more"

  • Purchase amount: 3,000 yen + 7,000 yen = 10,000 yen
  • Payment after applying coupon: 10,000 yen - 5,000 yen = 5,000 yen

3-1. Returns due to defects on our part

  1. When returning a product worth 3,000 yen
    • Of the 5,000 yen you actually paid, 3,000 yen will be refunded.
    • The customer gets back 3,000 yen and effectively purchases a 7,000 yen item for only 2,000 yen.
  2. When returning a product worth 7,000 yen
    • Of the 5,000 yen you actually paid, we will first refund 2,000 yen .
    • In addition, a 5,000 yen coupon will be reissued unconditionally .
    • Customers can receive compensation of 2,000 yen + 5,000 yen coupon = a total of 7,000 yen.

3-2. Returns due to customer's convenience

  1. When returning a product worth 3,000 yen
    • Of the 5,000 yen you actually paid, 3,000 yen will be refunded.
    • The customer gets back 3,000 yen, meaning they effectively keep the 7,000 yen item for only 2,000 yen.
    • In this case, the coupon will not be reissued .
  2. When returning a product worth 7,000 yen
    • Of the 5,000 yen you actually paid, we will first refund 2,000 yen .
    • In addition, a coupon for "5,000 yen off for purchases over 10,000 yen" will be reissued under the same conditions .
    • You will get your 2,000 yen back and can use the 5,000 yen off coupon again on your next purchase of 10,000 yen or more.

Q1. I used a one-time coupon for a special event. Can I reissue it?

A. Unfortunately, we generally cannot reissue tickets .

Q2. I used a coupon that does not have an expiration date. Will it have no expiration date if I reissue it?

A. In the case of returns due to a defect on our part, the reissue coupon will not expire.

If the change is due to customer reasons, we will reissue the coupon with a 30 day expiration date .
