If the delivery company's storage period expires (usually 7 days), the product will be returned to our store.

The process for handling and reshipment after return is as follows:

    We will contact you by email as soon as the item has been returned to our store.

  2. Payment and reshipment procedures

    Please pay the **additional fee (flat rate of 1,500 yen)** within 7 days after we contact you.

    Once payment is confirmed, we will begin the reshipment process.

  3. If you don't pay

    If we do not receive payment confirmation within 7 days of contacting you, we will not be able to reship the item .

    Please also note that we will not be able to provide refunds.

    If the parcel is returned due to an extended absence, refusal to accept delivery, or an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs and handling fees .

  5. Re-verify your address

    If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, please double-check the address before re-shipping.

    If the item is returned for the same reason, you will be charged the same shipping fees .
